DefectThe affected vehicles, equipped with high voltage battery, may face an error in the Battery Monitoring Unit software. This particular software, which was used for a safety recall to prevent engine cut off and released to customer service, is not effective to solve the issue (invalid cell voltage and the incorrect temperature module signal to Battery Monitoring System).
RemedyPlease contact your local Authorised Opel Dealer, to arrange a suitable date on which to leave us your vehicle.
