Defect	Electric Heater: The subject vehicles are equipped with Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems containing an electric heater. Due to insufficient heater durability, there is a possibility that the electric heater could fail when exposed to stress over time, causing heater operation to become inoperative. When the vehicles are operated in certain low temperatures, the heater and defrosting performance may reduce. Remedy	As an owner of an involved vehicle, you will be contacted by registered letter requesting you to contact your nearest authorised Toyota Store to arrange a convenient time to have the repairs completed at no cost. Alternatively, contact Toyota's Customer Dialogue Centre to discuss.
