Defect	The battery cell negative terminals within the Lithium-ion battery module were manufactured with inadequate copper cladding and may fracture. If this occurs while the battery is energised it could lead to a vehicle fire. A vehicle fire could increase the risk of injury or death to vehicle occupants, other road users, bystanders and/or damage to property.
