DefectDue to a manufacturing defect, certain low ATM trailer drawbars may not comply with ADR requirements for structural strength. As a result, it could lead to a loss of trailer control and/or detachment from the tow vehicle whilst being towed. A loss of trailer control and/or detachment from the tow vehicle whilst being towed will increase the risk of an accident and serious injury or death to the vehicle occupants and other road users._x000D_ Trailers are not compliant with ADR 62/00 - Mechanical Connections Between Vehicles.
RemedyHari Kessner is requesting owners to stop using the trailer for heavy loads and to contact Hari Kessner Pty Ltd immediately to schedule a free inspection and modification, free of charge.
