| Defect | Due to a manufacturing defect, the trim panel above the windscreen may detach from the vehicle whilst driving at highway speeds. If the trim panel detaches from the vehicle there is an increased risk of an accident causing injury or death to other road users and bystanders. |
| Remedy | Owners of affected vehicles should contact their preferred authorised Volvo Group Australia dealership to have the panel inspected and replaced, free of charge. |
